The Yankees won their 4th straight game on Monday night on a walk-off home run off the bat of Hideki Matsui. The dinger was Godzilla’s 15th of the season. Another interesting fact about tonight’s win is that it is the 3rd straight game the Yankees have won while scoring less than 3 runs. It was the first time the Yanks have achieved this feat since 1991. Of course, with Matsui’s shot being of the walk-off variety, AJ Burnett was ready with the shaving cream pie to help celebrate the victory. Check out the pics and play-by-play below.
