Mike Sims-Walker is probably the best wide receiver pick up so far in Fantasy Football. The man had two toucdowns in his last contest against Tennessee on October 4th.
However, he was shockingly benched last week for a “violation of team rules” minutes before the game against the Seahawks. I was recovering from a hangover and did not get the news which screwed one of my teams. But why was Sims-Walker benched? Early reports indicated he may have missed curfew. Yep, that’s exactly what happened. The third-year man out of Central Florida had a late night on Friday.
Michael C. Wright of the Florida Times-Union reports that MS-Dub missed bed check on Friday night “due to a visit with a female friend that went a little long.” One of Wright’s NFL sources described the situation by saying “undefeated and untied.” I have no idea what that means, but it sounds like it was worth it.
