Whats even more dirty is you cross checking a guy while hes getting up. I feel if you retaliate you should get 2 mins. Weres the instigater pen's? We don't see those that often but if they really want to banish fighting (which I feel is a bunch of SH1T) maybe start giving players those pens instead for instigating or retaliation, might help before tossing out the other main part of the game. They fight for a reason and if they take that out of the game the next thing to go is checking... Who wants that?
