The Blueshirts served up an old fashioned beatdown at the Garden on Tuesday. 8 different Rangers scored goals while Marian Gaborik tallied four assists. Evgeni Malkin had three power play goals including an empty netter as the Penguins defeated the Islanders. Pittsburgh won 41 of 60 faceoffs but only had 29 shots to New York’s 35.
