Chris Andersen is making a bid to surpass Scot Pollard in the my-facial-hair-is-more-noteworthy-than-my-play category. The swat artist has added a strong blonde beard to his face to compliment his mohawk. Personally, I think it’s excessive and kind of gross. I bet he grew a beard because he realized his sideburns would suck. He should salvage that badboy by turning it into a sick blonde ’stache. As Walt Frazier would say, “your beard is weird.”

The New York Jets’ own Darrell Revis had his birthday party recently at Greenhouse in New York. Attendees included LeToya Luckett, Olivia, Brianna from “Harlem Heights”, and makeup artist AJ Crimson. Not exactly an A-List crowd, but we’ll give Darrelle a pass because he’s awesome at football. Also, Revis’ bright red pants with burgundy shiny shirt may be the worst combination this side of Craig Sager. Does Relle Rev get dressed in the dark?
Carmelo Anthony and Ludacris teamed up for a Tag Body Spray promotional event. I have no idea what the purpose of the event was other than publicity. Melo’s fiance, LaLa Vasquez, was also on hand for the event. Oh, there was also one white person of note: Rob Dyrdek (skateboarder). Carmelo was rocking a grey and pink cardigan (probably a tad too small) that matched his Louis Vuitton Kanye kicks. Nice! We’ve got more pictures from both parties after the jump.
