“Wild Thing” golfer John Daly has lost 115 pounds. He told the press that in the movie about his life, he’d like Kevin James to play his fat self, and Matt Damon to play his new slimmed down self. I’ll tell you this much, John Daly never ceases to entertain the hell out of me. (Huffington Post)

Daly has also spoken out against the media and other golfers for their comments surrounding Woods. “He will get through it. I’m not too happy with what some of the players have said about him. After Pacquiao’s convincing beat down of Cotto, there is only 1 fight the people want. Money vs. Pac-Man. The only thing standing in the way are the egos of management. My take: if Mayweather doesn’t fight Pacquiao he will go down as a coward. How’s that for the ego? (NY Daily News)

FLOYD “MONEY” MAYWEATHER OWES CREDITORS MONEY

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is being sued for an unpaid loan he took out on a Maybach in February 2007. The compnay actually repossessed the $528,000 car and sold it for $196,000 in January. The company alleges that the boxer still owes them more than $167,000. Ironically, Mayweather appeared on HBO’s Mayweather/Marquez 24/7 saying:

“We got the big boy mansion, we got Lambos, we got Rolls Royces, we got a lot of stuff, but guess what? The difference between me and everybody else — my (stuff) is paid for, what about yours?”

I guess that statement is accurate since he didn’t mention his Maybach.  “Money” also apparently owes the IRS $6.17 million but said he’s “got a good relationship with the IRS”. Whatever that means. He also owes money to a trash collector, a homeowners association, and the state of New Jersey. Mayweather came out of retirement in order to fight Juan Manuel Marquez this Saturday. Perhaps it’s because Mayweather is penniless.
