I couldn’t actually believe this when I read it. The Chicago Tribune reports that troubled outfielder Milton Bradley could end up in Kansas City. Apparently, Royals upper management considers Bradley “a talented hitter that could thrive in a low-key environment.”
Hey, they might be right. But that sounds like the circumstances that brought Team Cancer Jose Guillen to the Royals. Guillen played for 7 different teams since 2001 before ending up in KC before the 2008 season. Guillen has stated that his former manager Mike Scioscia is “a piece of garbage” and said he “can go to hell.”
I’m hoping that somehow Milton Bradley does end up on the Royals. It would be interesting to see if Bradley and Guillen team up for ultimate destruction or end up fighting each other. Please let it happen.
